The Runaway Bride Movie Tour is a guided one-and-a-half-hour tour through historic Berlin, Maryland showing the sites and settings that were used during the 1999 filming of the hit movie – Runaway Bride starring Richard Gere and Julia Roberts.

While other places in Maryland were featured in the movie, the fictitious hometown setting in The Runaway Bride known as “Hale Maryland” was actually the historic district in Berlin. The majority of the movie was filmed there.

Enjoy an evening walk as you listen to interesting movie trivia and reimagine the historic Town of Berlin as Maggie Carpenter’s (played by Julia Roberts) hometown in The Runaway Bride.
